Registry summary
The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the effects of BRAND'S Essence of Chicken (BEC) on biological age. Biological age will be measured using epigenetic clocks [DunedinPACE (primary), GrimAge, PhenoAge, etc] and other relevant tools.
Participants will take BEC or a placebo every day for 1 year. Biological age measures will be taken at baseline and after 1 year.
