About Longevity Progress

The research and development racing to extend the human lifespan: every new study and trial, with what the experts are saying about it, gathered in one place.

What this site is

Longevity Progress follows the science of extending the human lifespan. Every morning it gathers new research on aging from PubMed, ClinicalTrials.gov, bioRxiv, medRxiv and the FDA, explains it in plain English and shows how far testing of each treatment has got. It also compares longevity tests and clinics, and collects what named outside experts and reviewers say, always linked to the source.

It is an aggregator, not a judge. We never present our own verdict on whether a treatment works. How we work.

Yale Marc · Founder

About the founder

I'm Yale Marc, the founder and publisher of Longevity Progress. I've worked in the healthcare industry for about 15 years, building software applications for it, and I'm married to a doctor, who isn't involved in the site. I'm not a doctor or a scientist myself, and that's exactly why this site works the way it does: it doesn't ask you to trust my opinion, or anyone's. It gathers the research every morning, shows how far each idea has actually been tested in people, and links every claim to its source.

Why I built it

Friends and family keep asking me whether a supplement, a test or a clinic is worth it. The honest answer is usually out there, but it's buried in studies and trial registries that few people have time to read, and drowned out by marketing. I wanted one free, independent place, written in plain English, that shows what the research really says and keeps up as it changes.

I also run Simplify Software and write fiction. My novel ARIA: After the Singularity was published in 2026.

Three sites, one approach

The Progress family

Longevity Progress is part of the Progress family, three sites I publish on the fields that will shape the coming decades: the science of extending the human lifespan, robotics and artificial intelligence. Each follows its whole field as it changes, where it is heading and what it will mean for our lives, and aims to be the clearest, best-sourced place to keep up with it.

All three work the same way. They gather new research, trials, approvals and news every morning, explain it in plain English, show how far each idea has really got, and link every claim to its source. None of them gives a verdict of its own: they show what the evidence says.
