Abstract
The aim of this study is to systematize modern methodological approaches to the study of resilience, to review existing tools for measuring it, and to identify promising areas for development. The review analyzes publications by Russian and foreign authors in international peer-reviewed scientific databases, such as PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, eLibrary, and CyberLeninka. The study examines the dynamics of resilience concepts through the concepts of healthy longevity, internal potential, physiological reserve, and resistance to stress factors. It also analyzes existing models for measuring resilience, which include biological, functional, cognitive-psychological, and social domains. The review demonstrates that a promising direction is the transition from static assessment of resilience to dynamic monitoring using comprehensive models, digital technologies, and observation platforms. The development of research methodology for resilience creates the preconditions for the formation of personalized strategies for preventing age-related diseases and improving the quality of life.
